Highlights
 

Tras terminar ADE en 2017, decidí empezar a estudiar Data Science. Desde entonces no he parado. Mi progreso en la disciplina de datos, pasó del Business Intelligence (2019) a Data Analysis (2020) a Data Engineering (2021).

​

He trabajado desde 2016 en grandes corporaciones como BBVA, BNP Paribas, EY, Sanitas y Société Générale Group, entre otras.

​

Entre mis tecnologías favoritas están Python, C, Spark, SQL, Bash, Azure, AWS, Docker, y Power BI. Aunque he trabajado con muchas otras.

​

El mundo académico ha sido siempre atractivo para mi, y actualmente estudio Ingeniería Informática en la UOC mientras trabajo a jornada completa. Poseo 2 másteres técnicos en Business Intelligence (EAE Business School) y en Big Data Architecture (KSchool) y 1 programa MBA para repasar lo que estudié en ADE. También poseo numerosas formaciones complementarias y certificaciones para mantenerme al día del avance tecnológico.

Mi objetivo a corto plazo es lograr seniority en Data Engineering, y a medio/largo plazo entrar en el ámbito de la Arquitectura de Datos.

Medical Consultation Project Web Application, Feb 2021 - Today. Roles:

​

  • Data Engineer. Business Data Layer development using Stratio Governance. Knowledge map ontology design and implementation with Protégé. Database modelling for PostgreSQL. Marathon/Mesos to manage data center resources.

  • Microservices Architect. Designed the whole microservices architecture for the web application. Authorization, logging, roles, users, domain components, etc. Technical proposals for the client and best approaches.

  • Project Manager. Managed a team of 10 developers. Conducted technical interviews to build my team. Client negotiation and communication. Requirements and functional proposals.

Patient Relationship Management Web and Mobile App, May 2020 – Jan 2021. Roles:

​

  • Project Manager. Lead a team of more than 10 people under Scrum framework. Functional proposals. Direct negotiation with stakeholders.

  • UX Designer. Usability-focused design, wireframes, mock-ups and app navigation design. Proposals to clients.

Data Democratization Web Application in Health Sector, Jan 2020 – Apr 2020. Roles:

​

  • Backend Developer. Python Django development, API REST calls, database normalization and modelling. CICD with Jenkins, Docker.

  • Frontend Developer. Maintenance to fix bugs and develop new functionalities with Angular 9. Typescript.

  • Microsoft Azure and Power BI Developer. Azure Virtual Machine, Firewall and Scheduler maintenance. Performance study conducted for Azure Synapse. Power BI developer for complex reports the client was not able to solve.

  • I had no prior experience in web development, and exceeded expectations. Also fixed a MicroStrategy production server using Linux Bash terminal.
